Import bugs into Tikal ALM Suite Bugzilla from CSV, XSL, XML?

I'm using Tikal's ALM Suite v 2009.3.63

Is there a way to import a bulk of bugs from and XML,CSV or any other file format?

Do you have bugzilla based on Bugzilla 2.2 or 3.4?

You can use importxml.pl - take a look http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/3.0/html/api/importxml.html

Although documentation is for 3.0, it works in 3.4 as well.
